Governor Sanwo-Olu flaggs off construction of Iya-Alaro Link Bridge.


Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has flagged off the construction of the Opebi-Odo Iya Alaro Maryland-Ojota Link Bridge and approach roads.

The Governor at the flag off ceremony said that the project was another landmark infrastructure development and implementation of traffic agenda in the state.

Governor Sanwo-Olu stressed that his administration was committed to a Twenty-first Century integrated mass transportation system.

He added that the state has also acquired three set of trains for the blue line Rail project and would be opening up another link bridge as his administration had maintained eight hundred and twenty two roads.

Sanwo-Olu said the link bridge which would be handled by a preferred contractor restated his administration’s commitment to the greater Lagos agenda to enhance interconnectivity making life more meaningful for all citizens.

The Governor also commissioned the Ikosi Isheri Secretariat in Ketu.
