NATIONAL DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY NDLEA, INTERCEPTS DRUGS IN THREE STATES

The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency, NDLEA, has intercepted consignments of psychoactive substances in Kaduna, Yobe and Plateau States.

The Media and Advocacy Director of the Agency, Femi Babafemi, said this in a statement, on Sunday, in Abuja.

According to Babafemi, a drug dealer, Obinna Anene, popularly known as Young Alhaji, was arrested on Friday, at Buwaya area of Kaduna, with fifty thousand tablets of Diazepam.

He also noted that the drugs, which weighed nine kilogram, were intercepted along side five hundred tablets of Tramadol, weighing three hundred and eighteen grams with tablets of Co-codamol, weighing six grams.
