As the test run for the first phase of the Blue Line of the Lagos Rail Mass Transit from Marina to Mile Two commenced, Governor Babajide Sanwoolu has urged Lagosians to safeguard the infrastructure of the rail system powered by electricity.
Governor Sanwoolu stated that crossing the tracks and the issue of vandalism should never arise as Pedestrian bridges have been provided by the government.
He stressed that the milestone in the development of the Lagos Rail Mass Transit was the culmination of several impactful reforms in the transport ecosystem of the State since 1999.
