The State Government and the Lagos Chambers of Commerce and Industry, LCCI are ready to partner in the area of electricity supply.
This came to light when the Deputy Governor, Doctor Obafemi Hamzat received a delegation from the LCCI led by its President, Peter Idahosa.
The Deputy Governor, said constant power supply was one of the major factors in boosting businesses and industries to accelerate the economic growth of any state.
He added that one of the current challenges in the state was the complaint of unfair billing caused by estimated billing.
Hamzat assured that government would continue to do all that is required for the private sector to thrive.
Earlier, Idahosa commended the state government for promoting small and medium scale enterprises as the hub for business and investment in Africa.
