A plan to export one hundred and fifty million dollars worth of grain has been launched in Kyiv, Ukraine.
The plan is targetting countries most vulnerable to famine and drought.
Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelenskiy, at a summit with allied nations said
the initiative demonstrated global food security was not just empty words.
Zelenskiy said Kyiv had raised the sum from more than twenty countries and the European Union to export grain to countries including Ethiopia, Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia and Yemen.
