The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency,NDLEA has arrested a businessman, Kingsley Celestino, who was in possession of over nine point four five kilograms of heroin.
He was reported to have concealed the package in false bottoms of his two travelling bags.
The Agency’s Director, Media and Advocacy, Femi Babafemi, said Celestino was arrested at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport Ikeja, Lagos, while travelling with a Guinean international passport.
