A Federal Capital Territory High Court in Abuja has granted a former Governor of the Central Bank, Godwin Emefiele, bail.
Emefiele was granted bail in the sum of three hundred million naira and two sureties in like sum.
In his ruling, Justice Hamza Muazu, ordered the sureties to possess Certificates of Occupancy and property titles inside the Maitama District.
He also instructed Emefiele to turn up all his travel documents to the registrar of the court and remain within the Abuja Municipal Area Council
