The State Government says it is committed to exploring strategies that will curb the menace of quackery and safeguard the processes of the health sector in the state.
The Special Adviser to the Governor on Health, Doctor Kemi Ogunyemi stated this at
a Stakeholders Engagement Meeting organised by the Health Facilities Monitoring and Accreditation Agency, HEFAAMA.
Ogunyemi said the state government would continue to engage with stakeholders in order to address critical matters such as registration, fees, issuance and renewal of certification of
health facilities.
In her welcome address, HEFAMAA’s Executive Secretary, Doctor Abiola Idowu, said the agency would engage the use of technology for seamless activities at Health facilities to curb infractions for the benefit of all.
