The Lagos State Government will continue to make the state accessible, available and condusive for all the citizens.
Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu stated this when the leadership of the Nigerian Baptist Convention led by its President, Israel Akanji, paid him a courtesy visit at the Lagos House Marina.
Governor Sanwo-Olu said his administration was committed to keep a trust based government that would ensure peaceful coexistence with one another especially at a timet he world was facing difficulties due to crisis in Russia and Ukraine.
The Governor said Lagos was a centre of excellence where economy thrives and that his administration would continue to monitor the trend of COVID 19 as well as collaborate with stakeholders to see what could be done to resolve the some of the issues presented by the leadership of the Nigerian Baptist Convention.
Speaking earlier, Akanbi commended the Governor Sanwo-Olu’s administration for the great role it played during the COVID 19 pandemic, the security measures put in place and harmony between Christians and Muslims urging the people to be courageous and not to lose hope in Nigeria.
