The United States President, Joe Biden has resolved to reform the federal and local policing by signing an executive order to mark the second anniversary of the death of George Floyd.

The order directs all federal agencies to revise their use-of-force policies, creates a national registry of officers fired for misconduct and prevent the local police to restrict the use of neck restraints.
