President Muhammadu Buhari says for any economy to grow and create jobs, an equally vibrant and successful small and medium enterprise sector is also needed.
According to the President, this informed his recent signing of the Business Facilitation Bill into law.
The President assures that signing of the bill will improve the business environment especially for the MSME.
He said in spite of the difficult times caused by a variety of external shocks, so much had been done to ensure survival and development of SMEs.
President Buhari stated this at the State House, Abuja, when he received the Governing Council and members of the Institute of Directors led by its President and Chairman, Doctor Ije Jidenma.
