President Muhammadu Buhari has inaugurated a digital application, Eyemark, which enables citizens to monitor and evaluate capital projects in real-time.
The application provides free access to information on stakeholders including contract terms and the contractors.
According to the President, the innovation will help to forestall the practice of abandoning projects as all stakeholders such as the communities, Civil Society Organisations , contractors, Ministries, Departments and Agencies which citizens would continually interact on one platform.
