Prosecutors in New York, the United States have been preparing for Donald Trump’s surrender to court officials, after he became the first U.S. president to be charged with a crime.
Trump’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina says the former American President will not be handcuffed for his court appearance, next Tuesday.
Tacopina said his client will plead not guilty to the charges and aggressively challenge the legal viability of the case.
