The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, says it will blacklist vendors or its agents who violate its rules for the twenty-twenty-two Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, exercise.
The Registrar of the board, Professor Is’haq Oloyede, stated this in Ibadan, while monitoring the registration exercise at some centres.
Oloyede, who said he was impressed and satisfied with the registration process at the centres visited, added that the involvement of parents was part of the problem faced in the on-going twenty-twenty-two UTME registration.
He noted as of the time of the monitoring exercise about six-hundred-thousand candidates have been registered out of the target of one point-five million.
