The Executive Secretary, Lagos State Domestic and Sexual Violence Agency, Titilola Vivour-Adeniyi, says that the Government will continue to intensify efforts against domestic and sexual violence in the state.
She also assured residents of the support of the state government, in particular persons with disabilities.
Vivour-Adeniyi gave the assurance at a meeting with the General Manager, Lagos State Office of Disability Affairs, Adenike Oyetunde-Lawal.
In her response, the General Manager, LASODA, lauded the achievements of the DSVA, which she said were worthy of emulation.
She appealed to the agency to include sign language interpreters during their awareness campaigns in a bid to encourage social inclusion for persons with disabilities.
