GOVERNOR SANWO-OLU UNVEILS FORTY-EIGHT UNITS APARTMENTS IN OGBA-IJAIYE

Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu has unveiled a forty-eight units Greater Lagos LBIC Apartments in Ogba-ijaiye, Pen cinema, Agege.

The Governor said it comprised of forty eight units of two and three bedroom flats, four units of four bedroom maisonette.

He said the fourteen families displaced as a result of the construction of Agege-Pen Cinema bridge would benefit from the gesture.

The Governor explained that his administration commissioned not less than sixteen housing projects.

Sanwo-Olu says he is committed to addressing the challenge of housing deficits in the state.

Managing Director, Lagos Building Investment Company, Oluwatobiloba Lawal, noted that the highlight of the event was the reallocation and handing over of keys to the displaced families free of charge, due to the construction of Agege-Pen Cinema bridge .
