IMF APPROVES CREDIT FACILITY TO CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC.

The International Monetary Fund’s, IMF, executive board has approved a thirty-eight-month extended credit facility of around one hundred and ninety-one million dollars to the Central African Republic.

IMF in a statement, said the decision came with an immediate disbursement of about fifteen million dollars.

The arrangement will help the Central African Republic address protracted balance of payment difficulties, provide basic health and education services, and undertake reforms.
