The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corp, Lagos Command, has decorated one hundred and sixty four officers who were promoted to various ranks in the recent Promotion exercise.
Those decorated with the new ranks included three Assistant Commandants promoted to Deputy Commandans of Corps, fourteen Chief Superintendents of Corps, to Assistant Commandants and twenty four Superintendents of Corps to Chief Superintendents of Corps, twenty one Deputy Superintendents of Corps to Superintendents of Corps, twenty one Assistant Superintendents of Corps 1, to Deputy Superintendents of Corps, thirty eight Assistant Superintendents of Corps 2, to Assistant Superintendents of Corps and forty eight Inspectors of Corps to Assistant Superintendents of Corps 2.
Congratulating the newly decorated officers, the State Commandant of Corp, Usman Alfadarai, charged them to double their efforts in the discharge of their duties .
The NSCDC Lagos State commandant commended the Commandant General of the Corps, Ahmed Abubakar Audi, for his commitment to improve personnel welfare as part of his mission towards a better NSCDC.
Responding on behalf of the newly decorated officers, deputy commandant of corps, Solomon Ishola, assured the State Commandant of their commitment to giving their best in their places of assignment.
